Aymara founded Bilingual Behavioral Services in 2017 with a clear vision: to provide families in Northern Virginia access to high-quality, culturally competent behavioral services, in the language they feel most comfortable speaking at home.

With a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and certifications as both a BCBA and LBA, Aymara leads a multicultural team dedicated to humane, personalized care, built on the belief that every child deserves an environment where they can truly flourish.
